It's time to get moving. At the Workshop Eastend, we've established a place for the community to stay fit, healthy and motivated. We've got a free session every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM that is open to the community so you can come and see what we're all about!
Our GymAt the Workshop, we've got a little something for everybody. Our Functional Fitness classes are happening multiple times a day Monday - Saturday, and our specialized Bare Fitness classes are each happening 3 times a week! The Functional Fitness sessions are happening Monday - Saturday with plenty of to fit your busy schedule. Each day, our trainers take you through a new high intensity Workout of the Day. These training sessions are designed to challenge you and get you in the best shape of your life.
