At CrossFit WorkShop, we've got a little something for everybody. Our CrossFit classes are happening multiple times a day Monday - Saturday! Become an Unlimited Member to gain access to every single one of our classes happening every day!

We also offer a dual membership with our sister gym, Wolfe Strength, for those looking to mix their Crossfit with Olympic Weightlifting.
